Appointments and Rates

Office hours

Weekdays- 8h00 to 16h00 - after hour appointments can be arranged at an additional fee.
Saturday/Sunday/Public Holidays - Closed; emergency patients by appointment only.

Appointments

All treatment sessions are appointment based.
All appointments are booked for 45 minutes except in the case of home visits or patients who require neurological rehabilitation. During the first consultation a full assessment of the condition will be done plus a treatment. Depending on the condition the number, frequency and duration of any proposed treatment sessions will be discussed with the patient. Future appointments will be booked accordingly.

Rates 2017

Medical Aid patients note:
As prescribed by the Department of Health there will be NO set Medical Aid rates until further notice. We do not charge medical aid rates (With the Exception of platinum health) and are not contracted in to any specific scheme. This means you will have a co-payment to make with each consultation. We will submit your account to your health insurance fund on your behalf but this does not guarantee they will cover the full costs of your consultation. It remains the responsibility of the patient to ensure they have physiotherapy benifits available.

Remember, your medical aid is just an AID... you will remain liable for any amounts not paid.

Our treatment rates for 2017 are as follows:

• Musculo-skeletal treatments - R480 per 45min treatment session.
• Neurology patients - R600 for an hour rehabilitation session.
• Chest Patients- R370.
• Pilates classes - R400/month.
• Individual Pilates sessions - You will receive the full attention of the therapist for a full 45 minutes and as such the fee will be R480
• Home visits: These can be organised at the discretion of the treating physiotherapist and an additional fee of R160 or the appropriate AA rates will be levied, depending on the distances involved.

PLEASE NOTE:

Please discuss you treatment needs with the treating physiotherapist.
We are not contracted into any of the medical aid schemes therefore, for any outstanding amounts, the patient will remain liable at all times!
We do not charge patients for appointments not kept but it is within our right to turn you away should you be a repeat offender. PLEASE inform us at least two hours prior to your appointment if you will not be able to make it..
